“ Food is a solid 7. Love eating lengua whether a taco or burrito. Sometimes the lengua is shredded and sometimes cook and diced right. Still tastes good, but texture is not. The service is fast. Food truck is on a main street and close to a 7 Eleven. You might encounter homeless people walking and asking for money. I do think they close at 11pm or 10pm. ”

The cheese is like the “nacho cheese”, which is that soupy cheese used in theaters. Lengua was good. Portions were generous. I’m probably not going back unless it’s for tacos or burritos. ”
